    • Facilities: The event will be held at the USSSA Space Coast Complex in Viera, FL, which offers top-tier amenities, including:
      • 15 turf fields (5 NCAA-approved)
      • On-site batting cages and live streaming
      • Musco LED lighting, 4K video control room, and HD video boards
      • AstroTurf that can handle heavy rain with minimal downtime
    • Team Composition:
      • The All American teams will consist of athletes from different regions, and teams will be created based on evaluation scores, ensuring balanced teams.
      • Players may be asked to play other positions based on the team’s needs.
    • Event Dates: The All American Games will take place from July 28th to August 2nd, 2025.

    The Pro Instructional Clinics are instructional-based clinics focused on athlete development and instruction. The clinics are designed to offer low athlete-to-coach ratios which provide participants an engaging experience with some of their favorite fastpitch professional players, current and former collegiate athletes, and fastpitch coaches! Instruction will focus on offense, defense, game strategy, and athleticism.  Athletes will be divided up based on their age and choice of position.  Our focus is to promote good habits though drills and knowledge.  These clinics are designed for players of all skill levels.

    • Cost: $125 for pre-registration / $150 for on-site registration

Wristbands

Wristbands will be distributed to guests at the gate after their ticket is scanned each day. Guests will be required to wear the wristband on your wrist, until you have left the Complex for the day.

  • Each day guests will receive a wristband upon arrival, after having their ticket scanned. Wristbands must be worn on your wrist. You will not be allowed entry if they are placed anywhere else.
  • Tickets and ticket prices are valid at Space Coast Complex ONLY. They will not be accepted at any other facility.
  • Space Coast Complex will not accept event tickets purchased from any other facility or website.

PRO INSTRUCTIONAL CLINIC

The Pro Instructional Clinics are instructional-based clinics focused on athlete development and instruction. SPIRIT WEAR

“Rep Your Region” with this cool new gear.  None of these items are mandatory, player will receive 2 jerseys for games at check in.  Participants won’t be able to select their number or have their name on the back of the jerseys that they are provided at check in.  If they choose to purchase a custom jersey, they can use any number they want and they will be able to wear their custom jersey during the games. Regions are determined by home state and not by the tryout that you attended. 

If you ordered your items on or before June 15th, these items will be delivered to your residence by July 25th.  Any item ordered from June 16th – June 22nd will be available for pick up at Space Coast Complex on July 28th during check in.

We will be accepting applications for volunteer assistant coaches.  Please fill out the application no later than July 1, 2025. Once we have the applications we will review and choose a volunteer for each team.  Please make sure to indicate on the application your daughter’s name and age division.

COMPLEX RULES

The following policies apply at all times: 

  • No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the complex
  • Service animals as defined by the American with Disabilities Act are permitted
  • No firearms or weapons in the complex
  • No food or drink may be brought into the complex Except: Individual players are permitted 1 personal water jug up to 74fl oz. in size and 1 small cooler with ice and towels only.
  • No bikes, skates or skateboards in the complex
  • The Space Coast Complex is a No-Smoking Facility
  • All bags and purses are subject to search

Outside Food and Beverage

Food & Beverage Policy:

Guests are welcome to bring personal water into the complex. However, all other outside food and beverages are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Spectators: are permitted to have 1 small cooler (size of an individual lunch box) with water, ice, and towels only or a 32oz cup.

Players: are permitted to have 1 personal water jug up to 74oz in size and one small cooler (size of an individual lunch box) with water, ice, and towels only.

Team Coolers:  Each team is allowed one cooler with water, ice, and towels only. A cooler band is required and will be distributed by tournament directors. Teams will not be allowed to bring in coolers until a team representative has checked in with the tournament director and has received the approved cooler band. Cooler bands must be attached to coolers and visible to event staff during the entirety of the event.

Guests who attempt to bring in any outside food or beverage other than water will be asked to leave the complex.

Lost and Found: Lost and Found is located at the Pro Shop near the Space Coast Stadium.

Turf/Bullpen/Dugout Rules

No metal cleats: Only molded cleats and athletic shoes are accepted. No gum or sunflower seeds are allowed at Space Coast Complex.

  • No food, beverages, gum or seeds of any kind allowed
  • No glass bottles or containers, no outside alcohol of any kind allowed
  • No sharp objects, including tent stakes or chairs
  • No liquids other than water
  • No smoking of any kind

Lightning:  All guests are required to leave the complex until the lightning delay has cleared. The gates will be locked until the delay has been cleared by Complex Staff.  Please follow the Rainout Line (information listed below) for updates on any weather delays.

Restrooms:  Restrooms will be available at Space Coast Stadium Concourse as well as the Clubhouse located near the Red Quad.

Tents:  Tents are restricted to low traffic areas around the outfield fence. No tents are permitted in high traffic areas including behind home plate. In the Event of inclement weather, tents must be taken down for safety.

Pet Policy:

  • Leashes and Supervision: All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier and under control at all times while on the premises.
  • Animals are not permitted on any turf areas within the complex.
  • Clean-Up: Please clean up after your pet immediately. Waste disposal stations are provided throughout the complex.
  • Behavior: Pets should be well-behaved and not pose a threat or disturbance to other guests or pets. Excessive barking, aggression, or disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave.
  • Health: Ensure your pet is up to date on vaccinations and in good health when visiting the complex.
  • Responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ actions, including any damage or injury they may cause.

RAINOUT LINE & EARTHNETWORKS

It does not have to be raining where you are for cloud to ground lightening to occur, especially around a sports complex with metal light poles, fencing, and large open playing surfaces. If alerted by the lightning detection system horn, the warning message over the public address system, or by Space Coast Complex staff, please evacuate the complex.

All participants and guests within the Red Quad, White Quad, Blue Quad, Fastpitch Stadium and Junior Stadium are to leave the playing fields and seating areas and evacuate the complex. Stay away from the metal fencing and bleachers.

Participants and guests are not to reenter from their location of safety until the lightning warning has cleared which will be signaled by the sounding of the horn, public address system message, and/or verbally by Space Coast Complex staff.

If in the Space Coast Stadium, participants and guests must leave the playing field, dugouts, and stands. Guests and participants may seek shelter under the covered areas of the stadium concourse.

Space Coast Stadium concessions may remain open, but all other field concessions and food trucks will stop serving during the lightning warnings to help facilitate the evacuation of the players and guests.

In the event of inclement weather, we have a weather app that will help communicate to you the changes that are occurring in the event.  You will be able to subscribe via an Android or iPhone App to receive all updates on your phone.

FACILITY AND COMPLEX PARKING

The staff at USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex is excited to welcome you and your event to our facility.  Before you arrive, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce our parking options.
Please review the following information about each parking lot, along with tips for parking in the best location based on your visit. See our map for additional details. Note that overflow parking and lot changes can occur. Please follow onsite signs and parking personnel for changes.

Red Lot: (enter off Stadium PKWY at the northern end of the complex.)

White Lot: (enter off Stadium PKWY in the middle of the complex.)

Blue Lot: (enter off Stadium PKWY in front of the stadium.)

Junior Lot: (enter off Stadium PKWY at the southern end of the complex the entrance is at the shipping/ receiving sign.)

Fairgrounds Lot: This is our overflow parking area that is only used at approved times. The USSSSA staff and signage will let you know when this lot is an option.

Tips:

  • If your game is in the red quad please park in the red lot.
  • If your game is in the white quad park in the red lot or white lot
  • If your game is in the Blue quad park in the blue lot or the white lot
  • If your game is in the stadium park in the blue lot
  • If your game is in the junior stadium park in the junior lot
  • The red lot is our largest lot. It provides the largest number of spots. If you cannot find a spot check this lot.

DO NOTS!

  • Do not park on the grass along Stadium Parkway at any time.
  • Do not block or park at the entrances/ exits
  • Do not remove cones to park
  • Do not park in the employee parking area.
